The Cycle of Significance teaches people that inputs received lead to feelings. Feelings lead to actions. Actions yield results. Results reinforce the input we take in. Most people have a desire for significance, but, have a broken mindset and exist in survival mode in one, if not all four major areas of their life (Physical, Financial, Relational, Spiritual). We want to take people from Survival to Success and ultimately to Significance by teaching people the power of The Cycle of Significance.
The Cycle of Significance is our Cause. We know that Input leads to feelings which lead to action which leads to results in all areas of our lives. Therefore, proper input leads to proper output. Most companies do not stop long enough to evaluate this simple process. It has become our mission to change the world by developing companies, families and individuals by arming them with the proper knowledge to create maximum results. We feel if all people are operating at a level of Significance then we can change the world for the better. Significance is taking your eyes off of yourself and placing it on something greater than you. Instead of a me mindset, we will create a we-mindset by implementing The Cycle of Significance.
We create a curriculum tailored to you and your company’s needs. We first evaluate what result your company is looking for. Secondly, we evaluate what is the current input that your team is receiving as it relates to that result. Third, what are the feelings that your team has about that result. Finally, are you and your team taking the proper action to reach the desired result. Seminars/Workshops/Classes are customized for you and focus in the fields of personal growth, personal development and leadership.
The Cycle of Significance training seems easy enough. The hard part comes in when we dive deep into the Why? Why do we want the desired results, Why are we taking in the input that we take in, Why do we or our team have those feelings about the end result, Why are our actions not always consistent with our desired goal.
